VivaBuilt Fitness ("VivaBuilt") is an app from Make Life Great, Inc. These terms explain the rules for using it.
Who can use VivaBuilt
VivaBuilt is intended for adults 18 and older.
License
VivaBuilt is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That agreement is the binding license for the app; the sections below summarize how it applies to VivaBuilt and add the points specific to us.
Free trial and subscriptions
- New users get 21 days of full access free. No payment details are needed, and the trial never turns into a charge on its own.
- After the trial, continued use requires a subscription: yearly or monthly, at the price shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings, or from Manage Subscription on the Profile tab.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Health and safety
VivaBuilt is a general fitness app. It is not a medical device, and it is not medical care, physical therapy, or a personal trainer. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury, and stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness, chest pain, or shortness of breath. You exercise at your own risk.
