Privacy Policy

VivaBuilt Fitness ("VivaBuilt") is a workout app from Make Life Great, Inc. This policy covers two things: the app, which keeps your information on your phone, and this website, which collects only what you choose to give us for the launch list and the beta.

Your workout data stays on your phone

Everything you enter or create in VivaBuilt is stored only on your device. That includes your goals, schedule, equipment, gyms, the problem areas you tell it about, Fit Test results, generated workouts, logged sets, and workout history. The app never sends this information to us or to anyone else.

Like other app data, it is included in your iPhone's backups. If you back up to iCloud, that backup is stored by Apple in your iCloud account under Apple's privacy policy, and restoring it to a new iPhone brings your VivaBuilt data with it.

There is no VivaBuilt account. Because nothing is stored on our servers, deleting the app without a backup deletes your data, and we cannot recover it for you.

Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, email address, or payment details.

To check whether you have an active subscription, the app uses RevenueCat, a subscription service. RevenueCat receives a random identifier created by the app, your App Store purchase records, and basic technical information such as your device type, operating system version, and IP address. It does not receive any of your workout or health information. RevenueCat handles this data under its own privacy policy.

Your free trial is tracked on your device and does not involve Apple or RevenueCat.

No analytics, ads, or tracking

VivaBuilt contains no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not sell or share personal information.

Launch list

If you sign up on this website to hear when VivaBuilt launches, we store your email address, the date, and whether you said you're interested in beta testing. The list is kept on our web host and used only to email you about the launch and, if you asked, the beta. We never sell it. To send those emails we may use an email-delivery service, which handles your address only to deliver our message. If we invite you to the beta, the invitation comes from Apple's TestFlight, so Apple receives your email address under its own privacy policy. We delete the list within 90 days after launch. To be removed sooner, email us.

Beta sign-up and surveys

If you sign up for the beta, we store your answers to the sign-up questions: your name, email address, iPhone, age range, gender, how much you train, where you train, any sore or limiting joints you choose to tell us about, whether a doctor has asked you to exercise only under supervision, and anything else you write. If you're a tester and fill in a survey, we store your answers and any screenshots you attach.

We use this only to choose a balanced group of testers, to contact you about the beta, and to improve VivaBuilt. It is kept on our web host, outside the public website, and is never sold or shared. If you agree, we may quote what you told us, as you chose in the survey. Beta invitations come from Apple's TestFlight, so Apple receives your email address, and feedback you send through TestFlight, under its own privacy policy. We delete sign-up answers, survey answers, and screenshots when the beta ends. If you use Android, we keep only your email address, to tell you when VivaBuilt is available for Android. To have your information deleted sooner, email us.

This website

This website has no analytics, ads, or tracking cookies. Our web host keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

Support email

If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send, such as your email address, your message, and any screenshots. We use it only to answer you. Please don't include medical details beyond what we need to help.

Age

VivaBuilt is intended for adults 18 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
